Who operates this website

This website is operated as an initiative of The Raines Foundation. Privacy questions can be sent to dylan@rainesfoundation.org.

When you contact us

We store the name, email address, participation interest, optional message, and consent choices you submit. We use this information to review and respond to your request. An optional update checkbox records whether you want initiative news; leaving it unchecked does not prevent an inquiry.

Storage and security

Requests are stored in the Foundation’s Cloudflare database and are not published on this website. Cloudflare processes connection and security information to deliver the site. For abuse prevention, the application temporarily stores a hashed network identifier and request count; it does not store your raw IP address in the inquiry record.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of update consent by contacting the Foundation. We retain inquiry information while it is useful for the request or your requested updates, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations.

On your device

This website does not use advertising trackers or a third-party analytics script. Where a quiet timer is offered, it runs on your device without sending practice records to the Foundation. Downloading a worksheet does not submit its contents.

External links

Links to other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. Please do not submit sensitive personal or financial details through our interest form.

Community accounts and private workspaces

Community accounts use a username, public display name, password hash, and hashed recovery code. A secure session cookie keeps you signed in on the current initiative domain. The same account credentials work across Foundation-hosted initiative communities, while sessions and workspace records are separated by initiative. St. Joseph Connect’s existing citizen accounts remain separate until a migration is completed.

Your posts, replies, display name, and walk details are visible to signed-in members of the initiative where you share them. Other members cannot access your private website briefs, learning progress, focus preferences, or reflection journal. Authorized Foundation administrators can access stored records for support, moderation, and operations.

Charity applications

Charity-page applications and project proposals are stored for Foundation review. Only approved charity pages appear publicly. Private contact emails and charitable registration identifiers are not displayed on those pages. Publication is separate from endorsement, charitable-status certification, or funding.

Control and moderation

You can delete your own posts, clear your saved journal, and update your private workspace records. Reports are stored in a private moderation queue. For account deletion or further privacy requests, contact the Foundation. We do not email account recovery links; keep the recovery code supplied at registration.
